The Traveling Trunk is a Denver, Colorado-based photo booth provider that adds fun to any event.
Our business was started by two wannabe wedding crashers who were tired of the standard 9-5 routine. We rehabbed and fully customized a vintage steamer trunk, turning it into a professional open-air photo booth.
Today, we work directly with clients to provide the easiest and best possible experience, so you and your guests can create memories that will last a lifetime.
The Photo Booth
Our vintage photo booth brings a touch of yesteryear and whimsy to any event. The booth has been fully customized out of an old steamer trunk with a high-quality camera and easy-to-use touchscreen interface.
It is an open-air booth, so your guests can stretch out and have fun instead cramming inside a tiny metal box.
We custom-make our backdrops and props to ensure that your guests are having a blast and a one-of-a-kind experience!

Garrett always had a knack for engineering and mechanics. From pulling apart his parents' TV remote as a kid to collaborating on projects that went to the International Space Station - when he sets his mind on a project he gets it done. Garrett is a strong believer in working hard and having fun - core values of The Traveling Trunk.

Paige is a hurricane of creativity. She started her career in the events industry in 2011 when she started her first business, Colorado Henna. She went to school for cosmetology and frequently works with Brides and clients to create the perfect day of event look. Paige is the creative force behind each of our unique backdrops and our custom props.
Photo Booth Q&A
Can we have our monogram or logo on the photo strips?
Yes! We offer full customization of the print-outs to each of our clients. Don't have a monogram? No problem, let us design something for you.
What kind of photo booth do you have?
Our photo booth is an open air booth so your guests won't be cramped inside a tiny box. We will provide the camera, the printer and a beautiful backdrop the day of. For best results we would like an 10'x10' space, but we can make almost any situation work. All this space means that your guests can relax, let loose and take some great photos.
How many people can fit for a picture?
Since we are open air you aren't limited to the 2 person photo strip. The most we've seen be able to cram in for a photo was about 15 people.
How many prints do we get per session?
We have packages available to make sure that each person in the photo gets a copy to take home. We can even print out an extra one for your guestbook!
Where do you operate?
We'll happily go anywhere you would like us. We mainly serve the greater Denver area, but for a small travel fee we can go anywhere your special event may lead you!
What are the hidden costs?
We do not have any hidden costs. Our standard rental agreement includes absolutely everything you would need to have a successful event. We do have add-ons available, but they are completely optional.
